03 / Support through the process

THE RIGHT SUPPORT.
AT EVERY STAGE.

Enquire about individual services or combine several elements. The phases overlap, including in continuous content work.

01

Before the calendar fills up.

Together we look at working practices, roles and potential pressures, so support is considered from the start.

Prepare for growing visibility

What can be public, and what stays private? We explore boundaries, sources of support and expectations around new commitments or collaborations.

Explore needs and working conditions

Conversations and a structured review help set priorities: who needs what support, when and within which arrangement?

Roles, boundaries and routes to support

We help clarify responsibilities, communication agreements and awareness practices. Personal boundaries and expectations around availability become part of the conversation.

Prepare for sensitive content

We consider planned formats and potential pressures. Preparation, breaks, stop signals and debriefing are agreed to fit the project.

02

While content takes shape.

Psychological support within the real working context, for people in front of and behind the camera.

Creator recording with a smartphone and ring light
Navigate uncertainty before appearances

We help prepare psychologically for live formats, interviews and events. Personal needs, breaks and suitable conditions are part of the conversation, including with management or production.

On-site and online support

Confidential individual conversations and agreed check-ins offer space to reflect on pressure and discuss next steps.

Discuss conflict and feedback

We facilitate conversations between teams, creators and those responsible. Different expectations can be made explicit and practical agreements developed.

Leadership under time pressure

Coaching for leaders and managers: communicate priorities, prepare difficult conversations and distinguish support from taking on too much responsibility.

03

When content meets the public.

Public responses can affect individuals and teams. We support them in navigating that experience.

Sudden visibility and public encounters

New attention can change more than your calendar. We discuss being recognised, expectations of closeness and the difference between your public role and private experience.

Navigate public hostility

Individual conversations help make sense of distressing responses, find distance and identify appropriate support.

Support community teams

Supervision and reflection for people repeatedly working with distressing messages and comments. The focus is on boundaries, ways to ease pressure and shared working practices.

Psychological support and clear responsibilities

DramaCare supports people and collaboration. Operational moderation, crisis PR, legal questions and IT security remain with the relevant specialists.

04

When work stays with you.

Reflect on experience and learn from it, between campaigns or as part of ongoing work.

Personal identity, relationships and new directions

Who am I outside my account? We reflect on belonging, loneliness, personal development and possible changes to your creator role, including returning to private life after intense public appearances.

Debriefing and supervision

Individuals and teams can reflect on experiences with some distance, including unresolved questions, difficult situations and successful collaboration.

Develop working practices together

Feedback and agreed evaluation help identify which support was useful and what should be adjusted in future.

You do not need to know exactly what fits yet. We can work it out together.

04 / Sensitive content

WHEN CONTENT
GETS PERSONAL.

Personal stories need a considered framework. We look at the needs of the team and of the people sharing their experiences.

For the team

Preparation for difficult material, clear opportunities for breaks and conversation, and supervision after distressing experiences.

For people taking part

Discuss boundaries and stop signals in advance. Do not assume personal disclosure. Consider debriefing and possible reactions to publication.

Children and young people in digital formats

Young participants need age-appropriate preparation, understandable agreements, trusted adults and opportunities to step away. We help consider these needs in the format and its production process.

Putting content and trigger warnings in context

Warnings can identify content in advance. They do not replace careful preparation or individual support and cannot reliably prevent distress.

05 / Learn & reflect

INSIGHTS FOR
EVERYDAY WORK.

Stress, working rhythms & availability

For creators and content teams: recognise signs of strain, reflect on boundaries and develop practical agreements.

Visibility, uncertainty & public appearances

For creators and their support teams: explore changes that come with visibility, discuss personal needs and develop suitable conditions for public encounters.

My self, my role & other people’s expectations

For creators and talent managers: distinguish personal values, public persona and professional demands. Reflect on privacy, change and transitions after appearances.

Loneliness, belonging & mutual support

For creators: space for experiences beyond reach and self-presentation. Explore relationships, mutual exchange and personal support networks. Sharing personal experiences remains voluntary.

Communication, conflict & feedback

For agencies, management and production: clarify expectations, practise difficult conversations and give feedback without personal devaluation.

Leadership & psychological safety

For leaders and talent managers: remain approachable, clarify responsibilities and make room for questions and concerns.

Sensitive content & closeness to the community

For content and community teams: reflect on emotional involvement, discuss boundaries and prepare for difficult material.

Supporting young participants

An individually agreed focus: accessible preparation, participation, trusted adults and opportunities to step away in digital formats.

Individual coaching

For loneliness, new visibility, uncertainty and questions about your sense of self, including independently of an agency.

Supervision

Reflect on experience, understand roles and discuss collaboration, individually or with a team.

Talks & panels

Expert contributions on mental health and collaboration for internal events and industry gatherings.

06 / Working together

THE FIRST STEP
CAN BE SIMPLE.

Mental health also involves how work is organised. We consider individual concerns alongside the conditions in which content is created. With agencies and managers, we discuss how appearances are prepared, private time is respected and confidential support is made accessible.

01

Get in touch

A short description is enough. You do not need to fully assess your needs or choose a service.

02

Agree the scope together

We discuss your concerns, team, working practices and timeframe, including responsibilities and confidentiality.

03

Receive a tailored proposal

You receive a proposal with suitable services and a clear scope. Travel and accommodation costs are agreed separately.

Individual support. Transparent pricing.

An individual session, workshop or ongoing support: your needs and a realistic scope come first. There are no standard package prices.

07 / Your questions

GOOD TO KNOW.

Can I be successful and still feel shy or uncertain?

Yes. A familiar recording format and meeting a large group of people make different demands. Shyness, introversion and uncertainty are not the same and are not automatically treated as problems. We focus on your situation and what you need.

Can DramaCare support me if I suddenly become well known?

Yes. You can enquire when new attention changes your everyday life. We discuss boundaries, public encounters, relationships and expectations. There is no minimum audience size and you do not need to be in crisis.

Can loneliness be an issue despite having a large community?

Yes. A community can matter deeply while close, reciprocal relationships may still be missing. We explore your experience and possible ways to connect. Counselling can support that process but does not replace friendships.

What does role confusion mean in a creator’s working life?

Here it describes a situation in which your private self, public persona and professional expectations become difficult to distinguish. It is not a diagnosis. DramaCare offers space to reflect on these roles, personal values and boundaries, without treating a public role as inherently inauthentic.

What does a Mental Health Coordinator do for content creators?

Mental Health Coordination combines prevention, confidential conversations and support with work-related pressures and conflict. DramaCare supports creators and teams through planning, production, publication and reflection.

Which agencies and teams is this for?

For creator and influencer agencies, talent management, social media and community teams, and producers of digital formats and podcasts. Scope and access are tailored to your working practices.

Can I enquire as an individual creator?

Yes. You can enquire directly about coaching, supervision or individual support. You do not need an agency or a large team. We discuss needs, scope and fees with you.

Will my management learn what I discuss?

Personal conversation details are not routinely passed on. We clarify confidentiality, its limits and any feedback arrangements in advance. Team-level reviews are agreed in a way that protects personal concerns.

How does DramaCare support people facing hateful comments?

Through psychological support, individual conversations and supervision. We help make sense of pressure, clarify boundaries and discuss next steps. Legal advice, IT security and operational crisis PR are not included.

Can community and moderation teams receive support?

Yes. Supervision, workshops and agreed opportunities for conversation can address repeated exposure to distressing content and the demands of community work.

Can support cover one campaign or ongoing work?

Both are possible. DramaCare can support a demanding phase or be integrated into ongoing work. The scope is agreed individually.

Can I book a workshop or supervision separately?

Yes. Workshops, individual coaching and supervision can be requested independently of broader MHC support. Topics and format are agreed to fit your needs.

Is DramaCare available throughout Germany and online?

Yes. Based in Leipzig, DramaCare supports individuals and teams across Germany, on site and online. Scheduling and the combination of formats are agreed with you.

How much coordination is needed?

To begin, share your concern, team and approximate timeframe if known. We then agree contacts, access, dates and any space needed. There is no single minimum scope for all enquiries.

How are scope and fees agreed?

After discussing your needs, you receive an individual proposal outlining services, scope and fees. Travel and accommodation costs are included as agreed.

Does this support replace psychotherapy?

No. The focus is support in a professional context. If treatment or other specialist help is needed, we discuss appropriate next steps. Ongoing treatment is not replaced.

Your next step

WHAT IS ON YOUR
OR YOUR TEAM’S MIND?

A short message is enough. Together, we can work out which support fits.
